The Eleiko Dual Adjustable Pulley (DAP) is a compact machine & a useful  237cm in height, that offers a comprehensive solution for full-body resistance training. Meticulous craftsmanship and an unwavering attention to detail create a seamless and gratifying user experience. The pulley system's precise weight adjustments and low initial weights allow for a diverse range of exercises. With a 1:2 ratio, the DAP produces 45kg of pulling resistance with a 90kg weight stack, which can be further increased to 60kg with the optional 120kg stack upgrade. Maintenance-free shafts and linear bushings reduce maintenance requirements, while the use of stainless steel in high-stress areas ensures exceptional durability and long-lasting performance.

Key Features

• Pulley Positioning - The trolley for the pulley system can be adjusted in 50 mm increments to suit a wide range of users and exercises. The pulley has a 270 degree swivel to facilitate various movements and optimize floor space usage, while the cable has a generous 2.4 m length to support diverse training styles.
• Weight Range - The weight stack offers a 1:2 resistance ratio, providing 45 kg (99 lb) of pulling resistance by using the full 90 kg (198 lb). Accurate and easy tracking is possible through the weight markings shown in both kg and lb. If desired, the weight stack can be upgraded to a 120 kg version for increased resistance. Starting at a reasonable 3 kg / 6.6 lb pulling resistance, users of all levels and varying exercises can be accommodated. To make appropriate increases for smaller muscle groups and accessory exercises, we offer smaller 1.5 kg / 3.3 lb weight increments.
• Handles and Storage Included - The Eleiko Dual Adjustable Pulley is equipped with two Cable Handles, an Eleiko Straight Bar, and four Prestera Storage Hooks, providing versatile training solutions. Convenient built-in storage maintains a tidy space, while a black powder-coated pull-up bar allows for upper body exercises.
