Product Suitability

As all products on the website are designed for home use, please note they are accordingly covered by home warranty only unless stated otherwise. 

Therefore, unless the equipment description clearly states it is suitable for commercial use, equipment purchased from our website and used in a non-domestic environment will invalidate your warranty.

Product Placement

Please note that all electrical equipment supplied including, but not limited to, bikes, cross trainers, treadmills, or any equipment with a system console, must be used and stored within a suitable environment. 

Any location with unsealed concrete, high humidity, damp or other constant external airflow is classified as unsuitable. This includes, but is not limited to, unsealed and uninsulated garages and garden rooms. Any product placement within these environments will render the warranty null and void. 


Unless stated otherwise, all products listed on the website are priced VAT inclusive. 

Discount Codes

Discount codes may be limited to certain brands. Technogym, Hammer Strength, Sole and Life Fitness, Woodway, Noble items are excluded from all discount codes unless stated otherwise. 

Please note discount codes are invalid for use on products which have already been discounted on the website. Ex-display clearance items are excluded from any promotional offers, and any such offers are not eligible to be combined with any other promotion. Promotional codes are limited to one code per order and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and/or interest free finance. 

Promotional free gift offers will appear in your shopping basket once selected. If you do not wish to take advantage of these offers you will have the opportunity to opt out of them with no obligation. These items are limited to one per order and are only applicable on full price items. An additional delivery charge will not be applied however please note free gift items may be delivered in separate dispatches.

The ‘Normal Price’ on generally reflects the Manufacturer’s or Supplier’s Recommended Retail Price. The ‘Normal Price’ may include the RRP/ MRP plus delivery charge however this will never exceed the supplier’s RRP/ MRP. 

Delivery Conditions

Free delivery is offered to all customers on selected domestic equipment transactions priced at £100 and above. Free delivery, where provided, applies to the UK mainland only. Free delivery where applicable is limited to customers purchasing equipment for home use and therefore does not extend for commercial installations.

Customers will be informed of any delivery charge before payment is required.

Where applicable, all items will be delivered in boxes for home assembly by the customer. An installation service is available for certain lines. Please contact our Customer Service Department to discuss if this is applicable to your goods. Goods are normally delivered within 5-10 working days. Our delivery service operates to deliver goods Monday-Friday between 8am and 6pm. Please note for large pallet orders, our carriers cannot provide a specific delivery time. For a small surcharge, it is possible for deliveries to be chosen for an AM or PM delivery and in some cases, a Saturday morning. Please contact us for further details. 

Our one-man delivery service delivers your order to ground level. Please note this may result in your goods being delivered to kerb side, depending on the delivery company and their individual health and safety policy. Please be aware some suppliers’ drivers are not insured to enter your property. Please do be aware as to not ask the delivery driver to lift heavy items without sufficient manpower as this may in breach of Health & Safety legislation. deploy both internal and third-party carriers. In the occasional circumstance where deliveries may be delayed for reasons beyond our control, please note cannot be held responsible for losses relating to late or failed deliveries made by a third-party carriers. 

Delivery of Your Goods

Upon delivery, please ensure you check the outer packaging before signing for your goods. If there is noticeable damage to any part of the packaging, please indicate the damage accordingly on the delivery note when signing. Please note, we are unable to accept claims for goods damaged in transit which have not been referred to on the delivery note. We must be notified of any damaged packaging via e-mail or in writing at the address below within 48 hours of delivery. Any damages, defects or shortages of the products must be notified via our contact form within 48 hours of receipt of goods. cannot be held responsible for any damages, defects or shortages notified to us after 48 hours from signed delivery. 

Any customer refusing delivery of goods for any reason other than goods damaged in transit will be responsible for both the initial delivery costs to the customer and the return to our warehouse. Customers doing so will also be charged an additional minimum 15% restocking charge.


Customers reserve the right to return goods purchased from within 28 days of receipt of delivery. We are unable to accept any returns after the 28-day period and these items may be returned to you.In addition, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an order within a seven working days 'cooling off period' after the delivery of the item. 

In order to arrange a refund, customers require a Returns Reference and authorisation from a member of the Training Station customer service team. Should you wish to return your goods, please contact our Customer Service Department via our contact form including your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and where appropriate, provide instructions on how to proceed with the product return. Returns will only be accepted with a valid Returns Reference and prior approval from

Please note the cost of packaging, postage, and insurance to return goods will be deducted from any refund and customers will be subject to a 15% re-stocking charge. We recommend using a registered, trackable service when returning any items. 

Goods must be received by us in their original packing and in perfect, re-saleable condition. reserves the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale. Please note we are not obliged to issue a refund or credit and reserve the right not to accept the goods at our warehouse for items returned which do not comply with these conditions. Under these circumstances, any costs to redeliver the goods will be payable in advance by the customer. Please also note if the goods have been removed from their original packaging or assembled, your right to return may be renounced. 

Please note any customer who refuses to accept delivery of their order for any reason other than the product being damaged in transit, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. In addition, the customer will be liable for any delivery costs incurred by

Ex showroom machines are not eligible for full refunds. The displayable nature of these products mean they are subject to normal wear and tear and will be delivered out of box. Should you wish to return an ex-showroom model, the customer will be liable for return shipping costs and an additional 15% restocking fee.

Our Standard 28-day online return option applies to goods purchased for domestic use only. This excludes equipment purchased for use by a business and/ or any custom order items. Custom orders involve those items which are usually stocked by and have been ordered or manufactured specifically for a customer. Please note our standard 28-day online return option does not apply to software, videos, DVDs or books where the security tags or outer seals have been broken. 

Any promotional gift items received when purchasing the goods that are to be returned must also be returned or paid for in full. Any gifts that are received without your prior knowledge may be kept with our compliments.

Faulty Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all products must meet the following standards.

  1. Satisfactory quality
  2. Fit for purpose 
  3. As described 

For goods which do not satisfy any of the three criteria outlined above, customers possess an early right to reject goods and receive a full refund. Please note this right is limited to 30 days from the date you bought the product/s. After the 30-day period, customers are no longer legally entitled to a full refund if the item develops a fault however you still have the right to a repair or replacement under our warranties condition. 


Please note warranties only apply to goods within mainland UK unless stated otherwise. 

All new equipment sold by is covered by a minimum of 6 months parts and labour cover. Warranties on equipment sold on the website varies from manufacturer to manufacturer and can include a full onsite repair facility or a ‘back to base’ warranty. 

Customers should refer to the product-specific user manual or speak to a member of the sales team for details of individual product warranties. Please be aware that home-use products are not suitable for use in commercial locations. Use of home-use products outside of the home may invalidate your warranty.

In the cases of minor faults, manufacturers may send a replacement part by mail for the customer to fit – if an item develops a fault, please contact us stating the equipment you ordered including the brand, model number, serial number with a brief description of the fault. will then either arrange to send a replacement part for the customer to fit themselves or send an engineer to the site. In some instances, depending on the manufacturer, we may ask that the goods be returned to the warehouse. Customers must ensure the goods are well packaged prior to collection. Under these circumstances, we will then organise either a repair of the equipment or a replacement of an equivalent or higher-grade model. We will deliver the goods back to the customer at our expense. Please note no goods will be accepted back to the warehouse without prior authorisation from


Customers reserve the right to cancel their order and receive a full refund prior at any time before the dispatch of goods. Custom orders may incur cancellation and restocking charges. We will always discuss these costs with you and aim to avoid such costs. Informing us of your intention to cancel as early as possible may reduce the additional re-stocking charge.

All order cancellations must be notified to us. Should you wish to cancel your order, please e-mail our Customer Service Department via our contact form. 

Title For Goods retains title to all goods until paid for in full. For goods that are unpaid, we reserve the right to recover goods. The customer will be liable for both collection costs and the value of the recovered goods. This value will reflect the difference between full retail value and the resale value of the recovered goods, taking into account depreciation and wear. Please note this may amount to the full retail value of the goods in some circumstances.

Data Protection

All customer information will be treated in accordance with the terms of the Data Protection Act 2018. We will not pass on your details to other companies. We may inform you of other products and services offered by which we have identified may be of interest to you however should you not wish us to do so, please get in touch with our Customer Service Department.

We are not obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

Information concerning stock availability is not available on the website for certain products. Customers who have placed an order for products which are not available in stock will be contacted by our Customer Service Department via e-mail. Customers will be given the choice to either wait until the product has been re-stocked or cancel their order in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy. In the event their order is cancelled, will refund any payment already received in relation to that order pursuant to our cancellation and returns policy.
