Delivery Charges

Standard delivery for orders under £100 - £6.99.

Orders over £100 – FREE Delivery* to most UK mainland addresses.**

*We reserve the right to charge a delivery fee based on the size and weight of particularly heavy and larger items requiring a pallet or oversized package and/or for orders which may require multiple shipments from different suppliers. Should an oversized item incur an extra delivery charge, customers will be notified of this at checkout.

** UK Mainland addresses exclude, but are not limited to, the following postcodes: BT, HS, IV, AB, PH, PA, DD, KW, G in addition to any offshore postcodes applicable to BFPO or the Isle of Man. For these postcodes, a delivery surcharge may be incurred. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information and a quote.

Domestic Delivery

All deliveries are made Monday – Friday between 8am and 6pm. Weekend deliveries can be accommodated for upon arrangement.

Delivery times are subject to stock availability and therefore may vary. We will always provide an estimated delivery period at checkout.

Expected delivery is within 5 - 7 days. Please note this does not include an installation service.

Custom made products up to 48 days.

For orders placed within Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scottish Highlands, please note we reserve the right to assess each other based on item/ weight. For delivery quotes to any non-mainland UK address, please contact us via our contact page.

International Delivery

We do deliver internationally. Please contact our Customer Service Department on 01536 802333 or send us an email for further information and a quote.


We offer a professional installation service. All installers have been comprehensively trained by the equipment manufacturers to competently assemble all of our product range.

Installations are normally within 7 – 14 days.

Receipt of Deliveries

All parcels require a signature upon delivery. If there is an unlikelihood that anyone will be present at the time of delivery, please include any delivery instructions at the point of order. Please note in circumstances where items are left elsewhere upon your request, the Training Station do not accept any responsibility for any items lost or stolen.

When placing an order, please notify us of any delivery obstructions and ensure the delivery area is clear.

We advise having two bodies available to help the courier with heavy or larger deliveries.
