  • This innovative Primal Pro Series GLS Hip Thrust Bar  is specifically designed for hip thrusts. Begin by laying on a bench with legs straight and rolling the bar over your knees. Then, bend your knees and rotate the bar to adjust the pad height. Finally, place your shoulders on the bench and position your feet before starting your thrusts.

    Designed to be used with the Primal Strength Monster Hip Thrust Bench

    • Height settings. Setting 1 - suitable for benches of 16-20 inches height and most body sizes. For 90% of users, this will be correct setting. Attach each end of the bar using the bolt hole closest to the plate horn, then insert the 2nd bolt.
    • Setting 2 - suitable for benches of 18-22 inches and users over 6 feet tall. Attach each end of the bar using the 2nd bolt hole up from the plate horn, then insert the 2nd bolt.
    • Setting 3 - suitable for benches of 24+ inches height, users above 6 feet 4 inches tall, or for those with unusually high muscular body weights. Attach each end of the bar using the 3rd hole up from the plate horn, then insert the 2nd bolt.
