The REP AB-3000 2.0 FID Bench, has long been known as one of the best-value adjustable FID benches for home gyms — and the new AB-3000 2.0 takes it to the next level with an upgraded design and enhanced user experience.
Integrated leg rollers and an adjustable pin keep you comfortable and secure in the decline position, and you can swing and lock the rollers out of the way when you are not using them for better clearance. The AB-3000 2.0 offers eight back pad positions (-12, 0, 15, 30, 45, 60, 70, and 85 degrees), updated from the original model to give more user-friendly setup options. A ladder-style adjustment makes angle changes quick, and laser-cut numbering along the ladder makes it easy to pick your setting. The redesigned ladder also includes noise dampeners for quieter adjustments.
The seat pad has five angle settings (0, 5, 10, 15, and 20 degrees). Updated front and rear bases now have rubber covers to improve floor grip and protection, and the wider rear base increases side-to-side stability.
The padding has been upgraded as well. New extra-dense CleanGrip pads are more durable, offer better grip, and are easier to wipe down. The back pad is now squared off with more surface area to give better back support and simpler cleaning than the previous version. The seat pad still widens and thickens toward the front to better support the backs of your knees when using the leg rollers, but it is now reversible if you prefer not to have the flared front.
A new horizontal handle on the leg attachment is designed to stay out of your way while lifting and also makes moving the bench around your gym easier. Black hardware, rubber endcaps on the ladder arm, and enclosed wheels all contribute to a high-end bench with a patent-pending design. The REP AB-3000 2.0 Bench supports up to 1,000 lbs and is finished with REP’s signature powder coat.
