The Colour Bumper Plates are durable and factory tested to withstand more than 12,000 drops from an 8-foot height. The 5kg plates are made extra thick to increase durability and reduce bending, while the 20kg plates are thinner than most to allow lifters to fit more plates on the bar (you can fit five 20kg plates and one 10kg plate on each side of a barbell, or 220kg total). Plates are coloured per International Weightlifting Federation standards, so you can quickly determine the weight. They are also available in pounds.

The 5kg plates come with a 6-month warranty for both home and commercial use. The 10, 15, and 20kg plates come with a 3-year warranty for home use and a 1-year warranty for commercial use.
Please note, though, that the warranty is void if the bumper plates are mixed with Hi-Temp Bumper Plates. Hi-Temps have a smaller diameter than regular plates, which means a bar loaded with a mix of REP's bumper plates and Hi-Temps will result in the bumper plates taking all of the load, causing them to degrade faster.
