The Life Fitness IC3 Indoor Cycle has a robust steel construction that provides excellent strength and stability. Its sleek Matte Slate color gives it a modern look. The parallel frame is designed with a 155mm Q-Factor to simulate a real road bike experience. The frame also features shrouds and guards, as well as durable aluminium pin-to-lock posts and sliders. Additionally, hidden bolts and fixings are used for the oversized frame stabilizer bars, and the bike includes moulded form-fit protection and stretch plates for added durability. 

The IC3 comes equipped with four levelling feet and two transport wheels for ease of positioning and transportation. Its Poly-V Belt Drivetrain allows for a smooth transfer of torque, and the 1:3 Drivetrain Gear Ratio, combined with the front-based 18kg aluminium flywheel, delivers a high-quality cycling experience. Additionally, the inclusion of a CrMo 172.5mm crank and friction resistance system further enhances the overall performance of the bike. Keep track of your intensity and effort with the ANT+ Computer Console, which displays key metrics such as cadence, heart rate, and calorie expenditure.

The power supply for this feature requires batteries. Paired with the dual-sided SPD and toe caged pedals is an ergo-formed, multi-positioned soft PVC handlebar with dual water bottle holders built-in, offering vertical and horizontal adjustments. You’ll also find a unisex padded sport saddle which enables vertical and horizontal adjustments. All adjustments can be made via the dials and levers. Meanwhile. There is an emergency stop button situated in front of the saddle for safety.
