Align Pilates Block - 1" x 3" x 6"

The Align Pilates Block is a versatile addition to any Pilates studio or gym. Measuring 1" x 6" x 9", this block can be utilised in both reformer Pilates and matwork for various exercises and purposes, such as correction of pelvic tilt and improving alignment. It is also suitable for yoga, fusion-style classes, and other fitness regimens like rehabilitation, physiotherapy, and athletic conditioning. Made from a combination of EVA & TPE foam, this block offers a comfortable and cushioned experience compared to a full EVA block. Also available in 3" x 6" x 9" (medium) or 2" x 10" x 13" (large).
