It can also be used for yoga, fusion classes, and rehabilitation or athletic conditioning. This block is made from a combination of EVA & TPE foam, which provides a softer cushioning compared to a full EVA block. Also available in 1" x 6" x 9" (small) or 2" x 10" x 13" (large).
