This parallel bar has a real reputation, it was designed by  Charles Poliquin, built by Watson The Poliquin Parallel Dual Grip built exactly to the specification given us by the legendary Charles Poliquin, this bar is great for all sorts of pressing and rowing movements and tricep and bicep work.

 Built to our usual Watson heavy duty standards, this Poliquin Parallel Dual Grip Bar will handle as much weight as you can throw at it , you could also consider the  Poliquin Angled Dual Grip Bar version for a different experience

 This bar is available with our new roller bearing revolving sleeves. These run on twin bearings and are incredibly smooth no matter how much weight is on the bar.
