The Poliquin Angled Dual Grip Bar has to be one of the most ultimate multi-purpose bars available with the added feature of alternately angled handles for a different variation over the standard Poliquin Parallel Dual Grip Bar.
It is built exactly to the original specification from the legendary Strength Guru Charles Poliquin, this bar is great for all sorts of pressing and rowing movements and tricep and bicep work.
As you would expect its built to Watsons precise & heavy duty standards, this Poliquin Angled Dual Grip Bar will handle as much weight as you can throw at it and last many lifetimes.
This bar is available with our new roller bearing revolving sleeves. These run on twin bearings and provide an incredibly smooth no matter how much weight is on the bar.
