This really is the king of the Smith Machine, The Watson Four-Way Smith Machine glides forwards and backwards as well as up and down giving you total freedom to perform any lift in the most natural way.

Smith machines have their uses but for performing squats, bench presses, etc. they can cause a lot of problems with their ‘linear’ up and down movement. We have now eliminated these problems!

The Watson Four-Way Smith Machine follows your movement perfectly and the bar can be locked off at any point just as with a regular smith machine.

What’s more the bar on the Four-Way Smith locks-off in any position rather than at either end as on all other versions of this machine. Simple twist the bar as with tradition smith machines.

Also supplied with adjustable stops that can be set to restrict both the vertical and horizontal movement.

The Watson Four Way Smith Machine runs on 12 x Thomson Linear Bearings making it completely smooth and virtually ‘friction free’ to use.
