Upgrade your rack protection and training versatility with the REP Strap Safeties 2.0 — a pair of heavy-duty, reinforced nylon safety straps engineered for durability, noise reduction, and barbell protection.

These strap safeties offer a major upgrade from standard pin-and-pipe systems. Made from ultra-tough, reinforced nylon, they’re far gentler on your bar while maintaining exceptional strength with a 1,000 lb (453.6 kg) weight capacity for the 5000 Series. Heavy-duty bolts secure each strap to its bracket, ensuring stability and long-lasting performance.

Installation is simple — just slide the brackets into your uprights like a J-cup and flip them into place. The patent-pending anti-rotation design locks the brackets securely, preventing unwanted movement during heavy lifts. Each end of the straps can be mounted at different heights, giving you precise control for partial reps, rack pulls, and concentric-focused training.

The updated 2.0 version features shorter strap lengths to reduce slack and make bar setup faster and more accurate. The 3-inch (7.6 cm)-wide straps are quiet in use, virtually eliminating metal-on-metal noise when the barbell makes contact. A resilient finish protects against chips and scratches, keeping your rack looking new.
