The 2:1 Ratio on the Watson Adjustable Pulley gives an incredibly smooth feel which makes it especially great for sport related training as well as rehabilitation work. It also can come with a Micro Adjuster option which allows you incrementally to increase the load in even smaller, 1.5kg Steps.
