These bells and tower not only enhance our range of motion, but are particularly useful when our strength decreases or pain limits our ability to utilize our body's natural momentum.

Shifting the centre of gravity of the NOHRD SWING beyond the extremity makes it easier to do swinging, elastic movements. Your connective tissue is specially designed for these flexible movements and needs them in order to stay in shape.

The NOHRD Swingbell Tower provides a convenient storage tool, both for your Swingbells as well as the compact exercise technique training boards. The technique boards store within the tower and when in use can be positioned in the port for easy reading.
