Maximise your fitness space with wall- and floor-mounted racks and shelves. Secure bulky items away while freeing up floor space, and consider select cabinetry instead of open shelves if your garage will provide multipurpose or living areas. Garage gym areas call for special considerations to usage and potential lack of natural light.. Where the garage room is connected to the house or maybe its standalone, insulated or not, the nature of the subfloor and building techniques adopted are all very important elements. If your without a damp proof membrane, you'll need to take a different approach to ensure it is safeguarded.
Your style of training will also have an impact such as heavy weight training will mean a need for greater depth for rubber flooring and possibly consider the material of your Olympic plates. Buying a half rack or power rack, you could consider a lifting platform. May be zone off areas for visual impact and or training style. We can help you with every idea or option.
