These Strength Body Bars are designed as a fixed weight, already pre-loaded so you don't have the hassle of removing or adding weight. Making them safer and easier to handle than conventional bars with weights on either end.

Each solid steel Strength Bars has been wrapped in a soft padded foam for comfort and grip, with rubber end caps which protect the floor.
