With 4-needle bearings and brass bushing, this bar offers a smooth and support spin, able to withstand an impressive 190,000 pounds per square inch.

The "Be Strong" bar features dual classic knurling for both Power and Olympic lifts and does not have a center knurl. It is backed by a warranty for being dropped when used with high-quality bumper plates. The bar exhibits a suitable level of flex and whip for weightlifting and maintains its shape after use. Compared to the "It's Heavy" bar, the "Be Strong" bar has slightly less flex. Its Ionised black finish develops a beautiful patina over time.
